Brad Hutt

Born and raised in the Pacific Northwest, Brad Hutt began his career in the construction industry, directly after graduating from the University of Washington, while helping a friend as a concrete laborer. It was during this time that Brad learned the importance of quality and the only acceptable job was one done right, with no corners cut.

With some experience under his belt, Brad moved on to framing for a small company. After a year, Brad joined a larger framing company that focused in production homes, as well as high end custom homes.  It was then; Brad began to create systems to satisfy custom home challenges, while maintaining production deadlines.

In September 2005, Brad decided it was time to start his own company. He incorporated and focused on the development of Suncadia.  This golf destination community allowed Brad to work on homes that integrated custom framing, large timber, and structural steel.

 Recently, Brad and Hutt Construction have widened their operating range to include the greater Seattle area.  This allows Brad to spend time in North Bend, with his wife Dana and new daughter Sofia.
